Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for the data

The data controller is Guilherme Henrique Porto, a self-employed professional (individual) based in Goiânia – GO, Brazil. For any privacy matter, write to guilhermeportosantos1@gmail.com.

2. What data is processed

• Browsing: the site requires no sign-up, has no forms and sets no cookies in your browser.
• Language preference: when you choose PT or EN, that choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) so the site opens in the right language next time. It is never sent to a server and you can delete it by clearing the site data.
• Visit statistics: I use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits and page views in aggregate, without cookies and without storing data that identifies you.
• Hosting logs: like any website, the server run by Vercel (the company hosting this site) records technical access data such as IP address, date, time and browser, for security and operation.
• Contact: if you reach me via WhatsApp, email or social media, I receive the data you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, email and project description.

3. Why the data is used and the legal basis

Your data is never sold, never used for advertising and never used for automated decision-making.

• Replying to you, preparing quotes and delivering contracted services: performance of a contract or preliminary steps at your request (LGPD, art. 7, V).
• Keeping the site secure and running, and understanding in aggregate which pages are visited most: legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX), without identifying visitors.
• Meeting legal, tax or regulatory obligations when a service is contracted: compliance with a legal obligation (LGPD, art. 7, II).

4. Who the data is shared with

Only with the providers needed for the site and the conversation to work: Vercel Inc. (hosting and aggregate statistics) and the app you choose to contact me through, such as WhatsApp (Meta), email or social media, each under its own privacy policy. These providers may process data outside Brazil, with the safeguards set out in art. 33 of the LGPD.

Data may also be shared when required by a court order or by law.

5. How long data is kept

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and negotiate. If a service is contracted, they are kept for the period required by legal and contractual obligations. Visit statistics are aggregated and cannot identify you. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time, unless the law requires it to be kept.

6. Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may at any time and free of charge:

• confirm whether your data is processed and access it;
• correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully;
• request data portability;
• know who your data has been shared with;
• withdraw consent, where consent is the legal basis;
• file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

7. How to exercise your rights

Email guilhermeportosantos1@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy" and tell me what you need. I reply within 15 days. As a self-employed professional, I handle these requests myself, with no intermediaries.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only and does not store personal data in its own database. Contact messages stay in the apps used for the conversation, protected by password and two-factor authentication.

9. Links to other websites

The site links to social networks, WhatsApp and client websites. When you visit them, each site's own privacy policy applies.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated, for example if the site starts using a form or another tool. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
